How it works

Step 1: Ideate the post

Turn raw inputs into a structured content idea.

Pull top-performing posts from a viral post database in Pinecone.
Mine Ergo call transcripts to find angles based on proven post frameworks.
Curate hooks, formats, and real examples from the raw idea.
Output: a content ideas doc ready for drafting.

Step 2: Draft the post

Turn the idea into 3 draft variants.

Use Claude Code to generate 3 draft variants.
Include bullet points and research snippets from Step 1.
Output: draft variants in Notion for the writer to refine.

Step 3: Design the graphic

Create the post visual through Claude Code.

Generate UI mockups based on the design system.
Generate graphic variants using 100+ reference examples.
Output: a design brief with mockups ready for review.

Step 4: QA the post

Score, fact-check, and schedule the final draft.

Score the hook against a viral hook database.
Fact-check the copy and find micro-improvements.
Schedule the post in Ordinal with preferred settings.
Output: a scheduled post ready to publish.

Step 5: Analyze performance

Track what worked and find posts to repurpose.

Analyze post metrics after publishing to produce tactical reports.
Find previous posts worth repurposing based on performance patterns.
Feed insights back into Step 1 to inform the next round of ideation.
