How it works

Step 1: Capture the sign-up

Send every product sign-up into the enrichment pipeline.

Trigger the workflow when a user signs up on the website.
Push the sign-up data from Snowflake into a Freckle table.
Include the email, timestamp, and any product context (source, campaign, plan).

Step 2: Classify the email

Sort sign-ups by email type so each track gets the right treatment.

Classify every email as personal, educational, or work.
Route each type through its own enrichment flow:
- Personal: run reverse lookup to find the LinkedIn profile
- Work: enrich the company and contact directly
- Educational: deprioritize but keep in the database

Step 3: Reverse lookup for personal emails

Find the person behind every personal email.

Run a reverse lookup in Freckle to find the matching LinkedIn profile.
Match by email, name, and any partial identifiers available.
Discard rows where no match is found.

Step 4: Enrich company and contact

Build a full profile for every user.

Enrich company data via Freckle and Apollo: domain, headcount, industry, funding, HQ.
Enrich contact data: job title, seniority, location, department.
Store the hashed personal email so you can match repeat sign-ups later.

Step 5: Score and tier the lead

Turn enriched data into a priority score.

Use Claude to score every lead based on company fit and role relevance.
Assign:
- Tier 1: strong fit, decision maker or champion
- Tier 2: good fit, influencer role
- Tier 3: low priority, no match
Sync scoring rules through Freckle so the model updates as patterns change.

Step 6: Sync to the CRM

Push enriched Tier 1 and Tier 2 leads into HubSpot.

Create or update the contact record in HubSpot with all enriched fields.
Assign a deal owner and create a follow-up task (e.g. LinkedIn DM).
Tag the record with the sign-up source and tier.

Step 7: Generate AI account research

Give reps context before they reach out.

Run ChatGPT or Claude on each Tier 1 and Tier 2 record.
Generate:
- Company overview (industry, headcount, HQ, funding, ARR estimate)
- Tech stack (CRM, sales engagement, database, revenue intelligence)
- Recent news and signals (hiring, product launches, LinkedIn posts)
Push the research to the deal record in HubSpot.

Step 8: Route to reps and ad platforms

Get the leads in front of the right accounts.

Route Tier 1 leads to reps with a task and AI account research attached.
Push Tier 1 and Tier 2 accounts into ad platforms for retargeting decision makers at the same org.
Enroll Tier 3 in nurture sequences.

Step 9: Nurture to demo

Convert self-serve users into sales conversations.

Enroll Tier 1 and Tier 2 users in a nurture sequence built around product value and use cases.
Trigger a rep-initiated outreach when the user hits a product milestone.
Book demos directly from the sequence via a calendar link.
