How it works

Step 1: Detect Replies Across Channels

The workflow listens for replies on both outreach platforms:

- Instantly (email replies)

- HeyReach (LinkedIn replies)

Step 2: Identify the Lead on the Opposite Channel

For every reply detected:

- Check if the lead already exists on the other platform.

- Determine whether email or LinkedIn URL is available.

Step 3: Route the Lead Based on Data Availability

If the required identifier exists:

- Instantly reply → Add to HeyReach blocklist

- HeyReach reply → Add to Instantly blocklist

If the identifier is missing:

- Send the data through Clay for enrichment.

Step 4: Enrich Missing Contact Information

Clay enriches the record:

- Email → LinkedIn URL

- LinkedIn URL → Email

- Only proceed if enrichment is successful.

Step 5: Update the Correct Blocklist

Post-enrichment:

- Add enriched LinkedIn URL → HeyReach blocklist

- Add enriched email → Instantly blocklist

Step 6: Prevent Cross-Channel Collision

Both platforms automatically stop enrolling the lead in any new outreach campaign.
