How it works

Step 1: Pull posts and engagers from X

Capture every person who engaged with the target profile.

Pull the latest posts from the target profile with engagement metrics.
For each post, pull reposters, quote tweeters, and repliers.
Run the workflow weekly so replies don't fall out of the 7-day X search window.

Step 2: Merge and deduplicate the list

Combine every source into one clean list of people.

Dedupe so someone who both reposted and replied appears once.
Track engagement type per person as a column on the export.
Export the final list to CSV with username, name, followers, location, bio, engagement type, and profile URL.

Step 3: Enrich in Clay

Turn raw X profiles into full contact and company records.

Upload the CSV into Clay.
Enrich contact data: LinkedIn URL, work email, job title, seniority.
Enrich company data: domain, industry, headcount, funding.

Step 4: Qualify and tier every engager

Filter for ICP fit and prioritize by engagement type.

Run a Claygent prompt to check ICP fit based on company and role.
Filter out engagement-pod accounts, students, and out-of-territory companies.
Score replies and quotes higher than reposts. Reposters tend to be engagement-pod noise.
Use ChatGPT to combine engagement score with account fit into a final tier:
- Tier 1: strong fit
- Tier 2: good fit
- Tier 3: okay fit

Step 5: Sync to the CRM

Push enriched records into the CRM.

Create or update contact records in HubSpot with all enriched fields.
Add X engagement type and source post URL as custom properties.
Cross-check to exclude existing clients and closed-lost accounts.

Step 6: Route to multi-channel outreach

Match the outreach channel to the tier.

Tier 1: LinkedIn DMs via HeyReach, cold calls via Nooks, and a Slack alert to a rep.
Tier 2: email sequences via Instantly and LinkedIn connection requests via HeyReach.
Reference the exact post the person engaged with in the outreach copy.
