  • Define entities:
    • Users (Contacts)
    • Companies (Accounts)
    • Product Orgs (Organizations)
    • Onboarding Journeys
    • Product Metrics
    • Revenue
  • Define associations and build a data model diagram linking Contacts, Companies, Product Metrics, Product Orgs, and Revenue.
  • QA & source check:
    • Verify data points exist in the product / warehouse.
    • Identify enrichable data points.
    • Determine which fields to sync into HubSpot.
